Founding Sales Director, United States
Build the U.S. business from day one.
We're not looking for someone to manage an existing sales organization. We're looking for someone to build one.
Rogue Cortex has proven technology, early customers, and global momentum. Now we're looking for the person who will establish our presence in the United States.

What you'll do
You won't inherit a territory. You'll create one.
You'll work directly with the founders to define how Rogue Cortex wins in the U.S. market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build the first enterprise pipeline in the United States
- Develop relationships with customers, partners, and strategic prospects
- Close the company's first U.S. customers
- Help define our ICP, messaging, and sales playbook
- Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering
- Represent Rogue Cortex at customer meetings and industry events
- Help build the future U.S. sales organization
This isn't just a sales role. It's a company-building role.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating more than managing. Someone who thrives in ambiguity. Someone who can sell products that don't yet have a Gartner category.
Ideally you have:
- 7+ years selling enterprise software
- Experience selling complex technical solutions
- A track record of winning large enterprise customers
- Experience working directly with founders or at early-stage startups
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- The ability to simplify complex technology
Experience in robotics, drones, industrial automation, infrastructure, or AI is valuable — but curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matters more.
